Young network event

On 21 November 2023, Young Professionals from different industries will meet at the Young Network Event.

Since 2019, the successful formula Rotary in Music is preceded by the Young Network Event. An interactive afternoon-filling programme with speakers, workshops and networking opportunities for young professionals. Another great edition will take place in 2023.

Brainport Region Eindhoven has built a strong ecosystem based on cooperation between governments, industry and knowledge institutions. The contact and cooperation between these branches is essential for the region. Hence this year’s theme: “Let’s get connected!”.

Starting this year, the Young Network Event will be organised in English to reflect the international character of the region.

For whom?

  • For up to two hundred young talented, ambitious professionals (up to 35 years old) and working in the Brainport region of Eindhoven.
  • People interested in starting up or expanding their business network in Eindhoven.

What does it bring you?

  • A unique event, both in the afternoon and in the evening.
  • Building a qualitative and personal network within Brainport.
  • Motivation and inspiration.

What do we ask?

  • Participation.
  • €220,- excl. VAT for participation in the Young Network Event afternoon programme and participation in the Rotary in Music evening programme.

What motivates us?

Getting young professionals aged between 25 and 35 involved in Rotary in Music, a networking event that has been hosted by Rotary Soeterbeek-Eindhoven for almost three decades and serves as fundraising for charities in Eindhoven. Yet, above all very festive.

What do we offer?

  • An interactive afternoon programme with fascinating guest speakers, workshops, serious games and an experienced chair of the day. The programme is put together by a group of Young Professionals supported by members of Rotary Soeterbeek- Eindhoven.
  • The afternoon programme will be followed by drinks and dinner. From 19.00h, you are welcome in Muziekgebouw Eindhoven for Rotary in Music with a dazzling performance by Candy Dulfer & Friends.

You will receive a confirmation as well as the invoice of your registration within a few weeks.

The tickets will be sent to the address you have provided no later than two weeks before the event.

By participating in the Young Network Event at, you will also have access to Rotary in Music.

The price includes:

  • the Young Network Event afternoon programme
  • the networking mixer and buffet
  • admission to Rotary in Music (all consumptions (excluding spirits) for that evening are included in the price)

If you already have a ticket or several tickets for the Young Network Event afternoon programme and you order extra tickets for your partner or relation(s), please indicate below under 'comments' whether all persons should be seated next to or together in the Muziekgebouw. We will ensure that you are placed together.

  • If the event is cancelled for any reason, the amount already paid will be refunded immediately, unless the participant agrees to allocate the amount already paid, or part of it, to Charity.
  • You will receive a confirmation as well as the invoice of your registration within a few weeks
  • Rotary in Music is organised by the Rotary Soeterbeek Community Service Foundation. The invoice will be sent by this Foundation.
  • Tickets will be sent to the address you have provided no later than two weeks before the performance.
  • You can park in the Heuvel Gallery car park.
